At the heart of every good
company is a dedicated service staff. You'll find that our team is passionate
about maximizing the potential of your moisture control equipment. We
believe that customers should have a choice for the type of service that best fits their gin.
There are
several options described below and additional links on the right. I'm sure one of them will suit your gin's needs.
Service Orders/Calls
Service calls are available during the the ginning season
and on scheduled trips during the off-season. Off-season requests are called
Service Orders and can be made via e-mail or phone. During the ginning season,
our representatives are usually spread out across the entire Cotton Belt, so
contact us to have someone stop by your gin.
Authorized Resellers
We use some very talented guys for both sales and service work that are not
under direct employment by our company. In addition to new
equipment and parts sales, Authorized Resellers are trained to service and offer technical support
on Samuel Jackson products. Because they are not direct employees,
Resellers can also use their knowledge of cotton conditioning equipment to
service non-Sam Jackson gear, as well. You can contact contact them directly
through the information on the right.
Phone Support
With our company headquartered in
Lubbock, Texas, many gins just give us a call when they have questions or
problems. Our equipment is designed for easy troubleshooting with error and
alarm diagnostics on models dating back almost two decades. Remembering the
error information from the product you are calling about will be helpful to the
Sam Jackson representative fielding your call.
Internet - Technical Resources and the Sam Jackson Cinema
The Technical Resources and the Cinema webpages offer lots of
information on Sam Jackson equipment. The Technical Resources page has service
manuals, wiring diagrams, and other technical information on products dating all
the way back to 1968! The Cinema gives you access to the most in-depth
collection of cotton conditioning videos available anywhere. Many of these vides are
aimed at the operation, maintenance, and service of Sam Jackson products.
