Mirror X is a complete overhaul of the Moisture Mirror software making it: more ginner friendly, cleaner, faster and unleashing the technology of the Mobile Mirror app to all Ethernet-based Moisture Mirrors (2X, 3X and 4X).

Can I upgrade my existing Mirror?
Yes! Mirror X software is compatible with all existing Moisture Mirrors.

What Mirror models can be upgraded to Mirror X software?
Mirror X software is available for the Mirror II, III and IV. A Mirror I can be upgraded to a Mirror 2X, 3X or 4X.

How much does it cost?
The Moisture Mirror X software upgrade is FREE for the 2011 season.

Will I need any additional parts?
Your Mirror will require: ethernet cards, a 260 PLC CPU, a compatible touch screen (normally applies to Mirror IIs purchased before 2006) and open ports on your network switch. Most Mirrors have some of these components already, but a Samuel Jackson representative can help you determine exactly what you need.

How do I get data from the Moisture Mirror X in my gin to my iPhone?
All Mirror X models are compatible with the Mobile Mirror app, but your Mirror data needs to be transmitted to the Internet. Samuel Jackson provides a service called Remote Access to connect your Mirror X to the Internet. More information about Remote Access can be found here.

Is Mobile Mirror compatible with AT&T and Verizon networks?
Yes! Mobile Mirror works with iPhones, iPods and iPads on both the AT&T and Verizon networks.
