Samuel Jackson's Cotton Conditioning Management Program is a
very unique training opportunity not available anywhere else
in the world. Started in 2003, the Program accepts one or
two applicants per year as it is both intense and hands-on
training. Program participants get the opportunity to
travel, meet lots of people and see more cotton gins in a
few months than most people see in a lifetime.

Being Part of a Great Team |
Our management trainees have done them all and you could
too. There is a real void in the cotton ginning industry for
people with talents and skill sets required to excel in a
modern cotton gin. The Cotton Conditioning Management
Program focuses on finding these talents in our participants
and honing them into skills suited for a career in the
cotton industry. We are looking for motivated people
who are willing to work hard and be flexible towards a truly
unique training experience. If this sounds appealing to you,
please send your resume and any questions you might have to .
We look forward to hearing from you.
